We are aware that some times, you have a change of heart and may want to request for a refund. This happens to us all the time when purchasing something online.

Our commitment is to protect the interests of both our students as well as our service providers - Alumni from top Universities who are doing this as a social impact service.

To ask for a refund, you must raise the request within 24 hours of the purchase of the service. You can raise the request through the chatbot on the help page and provide your Libereka Email address, the service name, and any order reference that you may have at your end.

Please note that only online purchases are eligible for this refund process, as other customised contracts will have their own and separate refund policies which you would be able to go through once you have received the service contract.
